The Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will report directly to the Head Chef and play a vital role at the Club. 

The Club is looking for someone who can provide exceptional guest experiences and has an excellence-focused mindset. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in kitchen operations and the ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team to deliver high-standard service excellence. 

The successful candidate should be able to multi-task and handle high-pressure service situations without compromising standards, productivity, or quality. They should also be hands-on and able to support the team in operations while maximising profits. 

This role requires flexibility, as the successful candidate will need to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
