Join fellow cruisers for a relaxed get together at Richardsons Beach.

This year we have added an optional Time Trial, for those who want to do it, for powerboats and yachts under power. The Time Trial will take you down to Richardsons Beach or you can proceed in your own time.

The Time Trial format is simple. The Cruising Committee will present a route around a few marks to Richardsons Beach starting at 1030. You and your crew will estimate the time it will take you to complete the trip to Richardsons Beach and your average speed.

Each boat entered in the Time Trial will start from off  the Club at 1-minute intervals, in order of slowest nominated speed to fastest, and finish at Richardsons Beach having passed a series of marks. The crew which finishes at the time closest to their estimated time will receive a handsome prize!

Entry is via the online entry on the website. Prizes are courtesy of our event sponsor Boat Sales Tasmania.

Come for an hour or the whole day and enjoy a family-friendly pre-Christmas catch-up. BYO food, drink, tables, chairs and sunscreen. Some of the Club’s portable BBQ’s will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
