We are pleased to provide you with another update on the ongoing redevelopment of A-Arm.
The project is now well underway, and we are making significant progress. We are happy to inform you that work has commenced as scheduled, and temporary water and power services are now connected.
We appreciate your patience during the previous disruption to access and interruption of services. To improve accessibility, we have established a temporary access point to the marina from the centre of the boardwalk.
This will allow you to continue enjoying the marina while construction is in progress. We ask that you practice caution while moving past any construction works. In light of the project’s progress, we have revised the timeline, and there is an important update regarding the disconnection of fuel.
The disconnection of fuel is now scheduled to take place on Monday, 10th July. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this temporary disruption. Our team will make every effort to minimize any inconveniences that may arise.
Updated Project Timeline:
Connection of temporary services: First week July
Disconnection of fuel: Monday, 10th July
Practical completion: Mid-September
