From The Boardroom November Monthly Update

On a stunning spring day in early November a group of volunteers including yours truly bush walked into the RYCT radio installation on Mt Raoul to replace the VHF Ch 81 radio transceiver.

The new installation had its first real test a week later during the Tasports Maria Island Race which saw a good fleet have a great battle, especially for line honours.

It is very pleasing to see the recovery of functions in the Club following various Covid shutdowns, with December looking particularly busy for bookings with corporate end of year as well as private events. We are getting lots of positive feedback about the quality of our functions; food, service, and venue, so congratulations to all staff involved.
